Sophie Beever - Design Principal
Sophie brings a wealth of experience across all stages of interior design & delivery for hotels, hospitality, residential and commercial projects. From concept design to project completion, she builds strong relationships with hotel operators, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders. With an international perspective, she has a broad knowledge of styles and influences and a versatile approach. Sophie leads a collaborative, creative process with the team across all projects.

Lucy Watson - Interior Designer
Lucy has a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design from the Whitehouse Institute of Design in Sydney. Prior to joining the Team at Furnz she spent over 6 years in Melbourne with the brand Kookai in their in-house Store Design Team. With 8+ years’ experience within the Industry Lucy has proven experience in delivering projects on time and within budget. Her strong creative and organisational skills are coupled with a wealth of knowledge in material, fixture, furniture and equipment selection. Lucy also aids with the marketing needs of the business, drawing on her Postgraduate training in Graphics media.

Courtney Miller - Interior Designer
Courtney has 7+ years’ experience providing high-quality design and high-end furniture solutions for commercial hospitality, aged-care, retail and workplace clients in both New Zealand and Australia. Courtney provides a commitment to the value of design quality and integrity through all phases of a project, from concept visioning through to documentation and delivery. Her passion for creativity and attention to detail has seen Courtney further her skills in the digital graphics sector, as well as previous experience working within the high-end furniture and fashion industries.

Jo Brown - Project Administrator
Jo has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is experienced in procurement, administration, and finance. She works closely with the design team to ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and provides financial analysis. Jo also assists with procurement, order placement and tracking with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery across all stages of a project.

Lara Wiley - Procurement Specialist
Lara has a proven history working within the design and build industry, on high-end design projects in both the residential and commercial building sector, along with home renovations. Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Business and with over fifteen years’ experience in management and project delivery roles, her design and build background ensures procurement solutions are fit for purpose andengaging.

Linton Gemmel - Consultant
Linton started in and took over the family furniture and joinery business. He then moved into ownership of kitchen and joinery businesses and then took them all through the international export through Asia. His experience in understanding the manufacture and materials in joinery in most installation options is vast.
In his later years, Linton has worked for Furnz for 16 years. His role has covered site and project management and customer relationships. Linton’s business networking ability also is of great value to Furnz.
Linton now specialises in scale hotel brand experiences assisting brands to bring alignment in their product offering.
