Malamala Beach Club is the world’s first beach club located on its very own Fiji island, situated just 25 minutes from Port Denarau. 

This beach club’s highlight is the resort-style infinity-edge pool and views across the Mamanuca Islands. Furnz were arguably given the most important role of design and delivery of the exterior areas. 

The colours were inspired by nature and the lively atmosphere delivered by engaging the guest in a vibrant communal setting. Three key words of refreshing, fun and engaging were continually referenced when hand selecting all furniture, fixtures and equipment. As an example, the blue oversized striped umbrellas playfully match the crystal clear ocean waters, sky and infinity pool. 

Transformable furniture was selected whereby plinths can be moved together to cater for larger groups with bolsters and cushions adding comfort layers. 

Privacy has been incorporated through planters containing tropical foliage add natural screening between settings. 

The dining pavilion features booth seating and stand alone chairs with coloured canvas squabs. Foliage in pots brings the lush tropical landscape onto the deck and festoon lights swing in the ocean breeze and set the ambiance for evening dining in an exotic. 

The bar has a mixture of coloured seating in watermelon and pineapple reflect the colours of exotic fruits, cocktails and dramatic sunsets.
