Involvement: Furnz Group worked in close collaboration with Dalman Architects to deliver a full FF&E, OS&E, and procurement package for The Kilmore Collection, from design coordination through to installation and completion, all within an accelerated eight-week programme.
Based in Christchurch’s South Island, this project required tight coordination between all parties. By working collaboratively with the architect and client, and managing procurement, logistics, and installation in parallel, Furnz Group delivered a seamless outcome that met programme constraints without compromising design integrity.
Dalman Architects led the interior design, establishing the overall aesthetic, material palette, and spatial intent. Furnz Group was then engaged to procure and deliver furnishings and equipment that aligned precisely with this vision, while also meeting strict lead-time and budget requirements. Where required, our team proposed considered alternatives that maintained the desired look and feel while ensuring availability within the project timeframe.
The result is a refined, modern interior that reflects a quiet kind of luxury — minimal yet warm, functional yet elevated. Across the 18 long-stay apartments, intuitive layouts and thoughtfully selected furnishings create spaces that feel both contemporary and comfortable, supporting business and leisure stays alike.
